With over 1000 graduates, Bethel Faith Spark Bible College, in partnership with Indian Pentecostal Assemblies has planted over 650 churches in the 15 states of India, including Nepal and Sri Lanka. Based in one of the largest growing churches in South India (Bethel City Cathedral) the Bible College offers in-depth theological training and hands on experience in practical ministry.
The Bethel Faith Spark Bible College was first established in 1978 as the first ever exclusive Bible College for women with 35 students. This was the brain child of Late Mother Ruth Gnanaprakasam, the founder of this Bible College and was first started in a rented building at NGGO Colony. She had a heart of sulphur for the young women to be trained to be salt and light to their generation. More than 1000 women have graduated since then and a few of them have returned back as Alumini to serve God by raising such young dynamic women.
The Discipleship Training Center in Hisar was started with a vision to train the young men and women in North India to evangelise their villages and towns. As many as 100 students have graduated in the past 7 years and are serving the Lord. There are about 15 studying in the Discipleship Trianingcenter. They are trained in practical ministry. They go out into their villages and towns and conduct house group meetings, gospel meetings and pray for the sick and demon possessed to be delivered.
